A leading name in realty space, the client wanted an extremely fresh approach on the brand identity that would work well for both commercial and residental properties. The look had to be clutter breaking from the tradional/set pattern of logos designed since decades. It had to look futuristic, exude class and elegance and be relevant in the real estate space.
The inspiration for this logo was derived from a modern architecture structure. The sharp edges give an impression of a high rise and the negative space in the letter ‘P’ gives a hint of a window. The space between ‘P and S’ looks like a grand entrance/atrium. A hint of green in the logo talks about the brand philosophy of taking care of the surrounding and co-existing in harmony with nature. The fun murals on the walls take the eco-friendly message to the next level.
